1. How do I track my order(s)
You will receive an email regarding the status of your order, and once it has been picked up by the courier service, you will receive another email with a tracking link.

2. What is Fabbgüds returns and refunds policy?
Currently, we do not accept refunds. We can only exchange goods or products specifically for that particular product. We do not accept exchanges for a different product from what was purchased.

3. How do I cancel my order?
If you require to cancel or make any changes to your order please email us at [email protected] within 2 hours of making your purchase, the subject line of this email must read “CHANGE OF ORDER” or “CANCEL ORDER” and our team will be back to you shortly.

4. I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
Please make sure to check all folders in your inbox including the spam and junk folders. If you are still unable to find your confirmation email, please email us at [email protected], dm us on Instagram or Whats app us, 0127717279 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

5. What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “CHANGE OF ADDRESS” and please provide your full name, order number and correct shipping address. Please do so within 2 hours of purchase, this would ensure the smooth transfer of address before our team fully processes the purchase.

6. What currency is used on Fabbgüds website?
We usually use MYR on our website but you can change the currency of your choice by selecting the currency located at the top right of the home page. The currency that we have provided are the main countries that we normally ship to, if the currency of your choice is not available please choose USD.

7. My order status is ‘Unfulfilled’, what does it mean?
If your order status is shown unfulfilled this simply means that your order has not yet been dispatched by our team, but the payment has been successfully transacted. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number with it.
